About Luxe Cleaning Company

Founded in 2025 by Nathaniel & Pamela McCowen and Chip & Catherine Wile, Luxe Cleaning Company was created with a simple mission: to give families and businesses back the most valuable thing of all…time.  We are doing this by bringing consistency, professionalism, and transparency to an industry where those qualities are often missing.

Like many families, we have used cleaning services before, and we struggled to find services we could truly rely on. Some weeks the cleaning was excellent, other times it fell short. Prices felt inconsistent, professionalism was lacking, and there was no true team approach. We knew there had to be a better way—one that delivered consistent excellence, week after week, year after year.

Nathaniel’s background is in finance and hospitality, leading companies which include overseeing the cleanliness of resort properties. Chip’s experience comes leading NASCAR’s Track Properties, making sure fans at 13 tracks across the U.S. get the best possible experience. Together, we knew we could build a cleaning company that does things differently. Our combined expertise ensures Luxe Cleaning operates with precision, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on client experience.

Rooted in Ormond Beach, both the McCowen and Wile families are proud to raise their children here, support local businesses, and contribute to the community.  Pamela went to high school locally and has served as a trusted realtor in Volusia County for more than 15 years.   Catherine is actively involved with Realty Pros, PTA, and other local organizations. Beyond work, our families enjoy time at the beach, boating, pickleball, college football, and living life to the fullest.
